The Harvest Group’s Tim Mazanec Joins Cambridge Community Foundation's Professional Advisors Council

BOSTON, March 23, 2023

The Harvest Group Wealth Management, LLC, a family-owned, independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), announces that Tim Mazanec MPAS®, CFP®, CMT®, CRPC® has joined the Cambridge Community Foundation's (CCF) Professional Advisors Council (PAC).

The CCF’s PAC is a group of investment, tax, law, and estate planning professionals who offer their expertise to the CCF’s work with the greater Cambridge community. The PAC also helps the CCF build the Cambridge Endowment through donor engagement and advancing philanthropy, so that the city’s pressing urban needs can be addressed today and in the future. They also advise CCF on its civic leadership agenda.

Mazanec has worked in the wealth management industry for nearly a decade, providing clients with methodical and strategic financial and retirement planning as a Certified Financial Planner®. He helps clients understand their investment options and develop comprehensive strategies to achieve not only their financial goals but also financial peace of mind. Prior to joining The Harvest Group, he was the Managing Principal at HedgeForward LLC and has worked at State Street, Merrill Lynch, and Edward Jones.

The CCF has supported nonprofits in Cambridge for more than 100 years, beginning with funding for local, low-income youth to attend Harvard College, which continues today. The CCF is known for providing seed funding to support impactful, new programs, and offering decades-long support for core community organizations, including the Settlement Houses in Cambridge. CCF’s current focus is on programs and nonprofits that support strong families, provide education and opportunity, and preserve our city’s cultural richness.
